Our methodology is simple:  We love to work with real estate brokers!

If you are a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker (license in good standing and active with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission) - you can actively earn referrals by sending prospects directly to Marathon.

Brokers that refer a prospect to Marathon will earn a $100.00 referral fee upon the receipt of an executed lease, receipt of the first months rent and move in of the Tenant. (Please note that most properties available for lease may have a tenant still occupying the property, therefore, we give a minimum 24 hour notice to these tenants.)

If you have a listing that you would like for Marathon to offer to lease - we will also compensate the referring agent $100.00 as soon as the property is leased!

We have absolutely no issue with attempting to lease the property while the property is for sale, therefore, maximizing the exposure for the property and protecting the best interests of our mutual client!

If the property is leased prior to a sale - we will gladly inform the listing/referring agent near the lease expiration so that the property can be marketed for sale again!

Marathon Property Solutions is a full service leasing and property management company.

For our owners, our management services include:

1.  Visiting your property every ninety (90) days and changing the HVAC filters, inspecting the hot water heater, and checking the general condition of the property;

2.  No upfront fees are charged to our owners - no expenses (other than requested services) until a qualified Tenant is secured;

3.  No upcharge on repair costs;

4.  No fees while the property is vacant;

5.  No checking out keys to the property - prospects are always accompanied by a licensed real estate agent;

6.  We perform all move in/move out inspections on all properties to ensure they are all to code;

7.  We provide multiple unit and Broker/Owner discounts on our monthly management fees;

8.  We provide investor consulting services at no charge;

9.  Direct deposit of owner proceeds are transmitted on the 10th and 23rd of each month;

10.  If Marathon has to go to court on your behalf - there are no additional legal fees to do so (other than any applicable court filing fees/costs if Marathon begins the action);

11.  No lease renewal charges;

12.  Only two fees - leasing fee and monthly management fee.  We don't nickel and dime our property owners;
